历经13个工作日的内部探讨和市场调研，城市空间项目已经取得初步的阶段性进展。
为促进部门间合作进一步推动项目的顺利开展，孙书翰带领雨桐参加跨部门的沟通交流会，设计部、市场部和工程部的项目负责人来到线下会议室齐聚一堂。
与此同时，线上通过Zoom接入会议的不乏法国空灵设计公司的董事长和CEO。
落座线下会议室主位，孙书翰结合助理打开的PPT征求各部门关于本次项目的Idea：
“As a spatial network for public consumption， leisure and recreation， urban space has been integrated into many areas of urban life. Along with the booming development of digital Internet and the rising trend of Internet of Things (IoT) where everything is interconnected， urban spaces with fine-grained delineation and innovative features are emerging in full swing in the evolution of the times. Focusing on the three aspects of sentiment， aesthetics and innovation， in order to further reflect the attributes of leisure and interaction in urban space， what do you think about the positioning of this project so far?“【“城市空间作为公众日常消费、休闲和娱乐的空间网络已经融会贯通到城市生活的诸多领域。伴随数字互联网的蓬勃发展，以及万物皆可互联的物联网思潮暗流涌动，精细划分和特色新颖的城市空间在时代的演变中如火如荼地层见叠出。聚焦情怀、美学和创新三方面，为进一步体现城市空间闲暇和互动的属性，截至目前大家对本次的项目定位有何看法？”】
市场部门经理点开笔记本的Excel图表，条理清晰的言语间携带说服力极强的肢体描述：
“Based on the market research data provided by the design department the other day， our department analyzed and researched that this project needs to accurately match the preferences of the customer groups based on the activation of the public's independent sense of participation and desire to consume.“【“依据前些天设计部提供的市场调研数据，我部分析研究后，认为本次项目需要在激活公众自主参与感和消费欲望的基础上精准匹配客群偏好。”】
显示屏投影光标聚焦图表的场景列，继续抑扬顿挫的流畅阐述：
“Superstores and convenience stores in shopping centers， bars， cinemas and KTVs in urban entertainment centers， cafes and tearooms where Chinese and Western cultures merge and interoperate， fashionable foreign trade stores， five-star hotels and Michelin restaurants in high-quality spaces， cultural and tourism museums and experience stores for technological products， and Olympic Pavilions and Expo Pavilions that bring knowledge spillover effects to the public;
In many of the above scenarios， we can promote the upgrading of the existing public infrastructure investment by adopting the initiatives of public scene surprise， high quality of interaction conditions and diversification of consumption products， and then reshape the core value of the traditional urban space in the new era. For example， functionally old venues can be innovatively transformed by combining the nature of culture， sports， business and tourism; secondly， designers can incorporate synergistic and mutual-assisting spaces with comprehensive scenes in their designs， and focus on innovative and multi-faceted spaces where culture， art and sports complement each other.“【“购物中心的超级商超和便利门店，城市娱乐中心的酒吧、影院和KTV，中西文化融合互通的咖啡馆与茶室，高品质空间的时尚外贸店、五星酒店与米其林餐厅，文旅博物馆和科技产品体验店，以及为公众带来知识溢出效应的奥运馆和博览馆；
在上述的诸多场景中，我们可以采用公众场景出奇、互动条件高质量和消费产品多样化等举措推动既存公众基础设施投资的升级改造，继而重新塑造传统城市空间新时代的内核价值。譬如，功能老旧的场所可以结合文体商旅的性质进行创新改造；其次，设计师在设计中可以融入综合性场景的协同互助空间，并注重标新立异文化、艺术和体育三者相得益彰的多重空间。”】
小张疾敲键盘杂乱无章的记述市场部门经理的核心思想，会后他需要整理成条理清晰的会议纪要发送相关方，最后一个字符写进笔记本，接踵而来的是工程部门经理的发言：
“Nowadays， the integration of digital technology and economic development into urban space has become a contemporary topic that cannot be ignored. This project can build rich and diversified digital service scenarios to provide the public with online and offline interactions. For example， offline collaborative games， mutual help and fitness， and social communication can be displayed as panel data using online visualization tools， which can enhance public participation and happiness.“【“现今，将数字技术和经济发展相铺相成的融入城市空间，业已成为不可忽视的当代话题。本次项目可以构建丰富多元的数字服务场景，以此为公众提供线上线下的融合互动。例如，线下种类繁多的协同游戏、互助健身和交友沟通皆可以利用线上的可视化工具展示面板数据，此举可以拉升公众的参与度和幸福感。”】
认真聆听完前面的发言，设计部门经理Jules补充：
“The design department suggests that this project focuses on creating a humanistic art week in the urban space that mirrors the quality of the works， the frequency of the cycle and the duration of the exhibition. The specific content of the exhibition includes different kinds of literature and art and public daily life trivia， and the variety of the activities of the art week is the characteristic， in which， focusing on the short-term high-frequency repetition is more likely to help the art works to penetrate into the hearts of the people. The following will be introduced by Yutong， who put forward this idea.“【“设计部建议本次项目注重打造作品质量、周期频次和会展时长交相辉映的城市空间人文艺术周。具体展示内容包含差异性的文学艺术和公众的日常生活琐事，种类繁多的相映相趣是艺术周的活动特色，其中，注重短期内的高频次重复更容易帮助艺术作品深入人心。下面将由提出此观点的雨桐具体介绍。”】
